Your strategy should be private by design.
This page explains how the current Consilio experience uses information while you build, save, and review an advertising strategy.
Information used by the advisor
- Answers you provide about your business, goals, economics, capacity, budget, and marketing experience.
- Contact information you voluntarily provide to save a strategy, request a proposal, or arrange follow-up.
- Session, attribution, page, video, and interaction events used to resume progress and understand whether the experience is working.
How that information is used
Information is used to preserve your consultation, create recommendations, explain their reasoning, route an appropriate next step, and support authorized follow-up. Internal scores help the system choose an experience; they are not intended to be displayed as judgments about you.
Communication and audience choices
Communication permission and advertising-audience permission are separate, optional choices. Audience personalization is off unless you explicitly enable it and can be revoked in Accessibility & preferences. Giving permission does not itself transmit data to an advertising platform. External audience destinations are not active in the current build.
Video and external services
When you play an embedded HeyGen video, HeyGen may receive technical request information needed to deliver the media. The application keeps the experience inside the advisor, but the embedded media remains a third-party service. Other integrations are enabled only when configured and authorized.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may submit a request below for access, export, correction, deletion, or review of consent choices. Submission creates a verification-stage record; it does not prove identity or mean the requested action is complete. Retention, deletion timelines, jurisdiction-specific rights, contact details, and subprocessor terms must be finalized in the counsel-approved privacy policy before production launch.
Security and accuracy
The system uses role-protected administrative routes, validation, consent history, and audit records. No online service can promise absolute security. Do not submit sensitive personal, health, financial-account, or regulated information unless the final production service explicitly requests and protects it.
