Advertising recommendations
Consilio provides educational analysis and configurable advertising recommendations based on the information supplied. Recommendations are not guarantees of leads, sales, revenue, profit, placement, or platform approval.
Economics and scenarios
Calculators and projections illustrate business economics, break-even thresholds, and possible scenarios. They are not performance forecasts. Actual results depend on market conditions, offer quality, creative, media costs, sales follow-up, capacity, tracking, and other factors.
Pricing and purchase status
Displayed packages and prices are planning information until confirmed by an authorized service provider. Payment processing and campaign activation are not active in the current build. Reviewing a proposal or agreement preview does not create an executed contract or electronic signature.
Platforms, eligibility, and compliance
Advertising products remain subject to inventory, account access, platform policies, verification, targeting restrictions, and applicable law. Political, regulated, sensitive-category, and complex campaigns require additional review and are never activated automatically.
Final client agreement controls
The final scope, services, media budget, fees, billing, ownership, responsibilities, launch timing, renewal, cancellation, and dispute terms will be governed by a separately approved agreement with the configured service provider. Cowboy CMO LLC owns the software; software ownership does not by itself identify the contracting or billing entity.
